A brown-black Silky Terrier and a West Highland White Terrier (Westie) will together produce the adorable, small and affectionate Silkland Terrier mixed breed. These hybrids can be brown, black, white and/or cream in appearance. In keeping with the other Silky Terrier mixes, the Silkland Terrier is a great family dog, loveable lapdog, cheerful playmate to children and an easy-going companion for apartment living.

Behaviour and Personality
This dog may like to bark, however, which is an attribute that it can pick up from the Westie side. Owners should be prepared to walk with these dogs fairly regularly (a daily walk should be enough exercise to suit their needs), and train them from an early age to prevent "Small Dog Syndrome". The Silkland Terrier may grow to around 10 inches and weigh 10-15 pounds.
