The Scottish cocker is a hybrid cross between a Scottish terrier and a cocker spaniel. Small to medium in size, the Scottish cocker weighs between 16 and 25 pounds their coat is medium in length, and the silky hair may be straight or slightly wavy. The coat comes in several color choices, including white, black and brown. Scottish cockers shed moderately, and regular grooming is needed to prevent the hair from tangling and matting. The Scottish cocker’s ears hang downward.
