The pocket pitbull is a hybrid cross between an American pitbull terrier and a Patterdale terrier. Pocket pitbulls measure between 12 and 16 inches tall at the shoulders and weigh between 11 and 22 pounds. As the name implies, pocket pitbulls tend to resemble downsized pitbulls. Their coats are short, smooth and shiny, and they require minimal grooming efforts.
