Jaland Build Information
The Jaland is a small crossbreed between a Japanese Chin and a West Highland White Terrier that is between seven and 20 pounds when fully grown. The Jaland is friendly towards children and other pets, however. The Jaland requires a moderate amount of grooming to maintain its coat. Despite its tendency to be aggressive and energetic, the Jaland doesn’t usually bark at strangers and therefore doesn’t make a good watchdog.

Behaviour and Personality
Like other Terrier crossbreeds, the Jaland is known for being cheerful and affectionate, but it can also be aggressive and stubborn. Training a Jaland can be difficult and is not recommended for a first-time dog owner. Jalands are intelligent and loyal enough to be trained, but it can usually only be done with patience and persistence.
