The Gollie is a medium hybrid dog that comes from the mixing of the Golden Retriever and Collie purebreds. They typically have long, rough outer coats with soft inner coat that may be a variety of colors such as black, tan, red, white, and yellow as well as combinations of these.

Behaviour and Personality
They are highly intelligent dogs, taking after both parents. These cheerful dogs are very loving and affectionate as well as loyal and eager to please. Gollies adore human companionship and can be great family pets. They do, however, have high energy levels and require a good deal of exercise and play. Leaving a Gollie alone for too long should be avoided as they may start exhibiting undesirable behaviors.
