Behaviour and Personality
Fourche Terriers, although loyal and protective, are very independent little dogs, occasionally displaying a solitary attitude. They can, however, also be very social and bond strongly with their family. They an be great family pets and watch dogs. Supervision is necessary with children as these dogs will not cope well with rough handling. Fourche Terriers may show resistance in training, consistency and hard work are a must. They are very active little dogs and need daily exercise and play.
