The Crested Peke is the designer cross breed resulting from the mixing of the Chinese Crested and Pekingese. These small dogs typically have thick and medium length coats that are either brown, golden, tan, or sable with shades of black.

Behaviour and Personality

Crested Pekes are great family dogs and love finding ways to entertain and please their owners. They tend to be calm and non-aggressive, getting along well with children, especially if socialized early on. Training can be troublesome and requires persistence as well as positive reinforcement as they may be stubborn. They do not require very much exercise and a short, brisk walk is enough to satisfy them.
