The Brug is a small, energetic dog that is created from the crossing of the Brussels Griffon and the Pug purebreds. Their short, dense coats are rough and commonly seen in black, black and tan, and red colorations.

Coming from two lap dog parents, the Brug has a loyal, outgoing, and social personality with an air of self-importance, loving to receive and reciprocate affection. Despite being small, they have a lot of energy, but are capable of taking care of their own activity requirements and happy to run around the apartment on its own. Socialization is absolutely essential for Brugs to lesson social dependency and patient, reward-based training as not to damage their sensitive personalities.
