Behaviour and Personality
Bostalians are sociable and outgoing dogs that get along with people and other dogs, though smaller animals tend to bring out their prey instincts. Training and socialization should be taken on early and a good deal of patience and persistence is necessary to overcome their tendency to be stubborn. Though they have little problem living in small spaces, they need daily exercise in open areas and are known to be quite athletic despite their small size.
