The Baskimo is the result hybrid breed from the mixture of the American Eskimo and the Basset Hound. It is a medium sized dog with short legs, floppy ears, a sturdy body, and a coat that commonly is black, tawny, tricolor, and white. They can also be distinguished by their long head and muzzle.

Behaviour and Personality
Baskimos are high energy dogs and need lots of exercise to stay happy. Thanks to their loving sweet and friendly personalities they make for good family dogs. Training is relatively easy as this breed is highly intelligent and quick to obey commands. They tend to shed and brushing regularly is recommended to prevent matting of the fur.
