The Doxle is a small hybrid dog resulting from the cross of the Dachshund and Beagle purebreds. Doxles inherit the long body and short legs of the Dachshund parent, have large ears, and come in a variety of colorations, most commonly black, tan, brown, red, and white or a mixture of these.

Behaviour and Personality

They are known to be very friendly and loving dogs that enjoy being around their family. These qualities along with their loyalty and sociability make them wonderful family pets. Doxles are also intelligent and should be no problem training as they learn quickly. Daily exercise and games are important to keep these active little dogs happy.
