Bully Wheatens have generally quiet dispositions, but they are highly alert and courageous, loyal to their families and good playmates for children. Relatively difficult to train, a fair and consistent routine along with socialization should be undertaken during puppyhood. This breed needs a good amount of exercise to keep energy levels in check and should be given long daily walks as well as play sessions.
