Appearance
Briguet Griffon Vendeens have long shaggy coats that need to be brushed every day to prevent mats. During shedding season, you may want to brush your pet a couple of times each day. Some owners have found that trimming the coat can help make it easier to groom. Bathing once every other week should be sufficient unless your pet becomes extremely dirty. Check your dog’s nails occasionally and trim them with a pliers-type nail clipper when necessary. However, make sure that you do not cut into the veins that grow inside each nail.
