A ShiChi is a hybrid between a Chihuahua and Shih Tzu. ShiChis typically range in weight from 5-10 pounds for males and 4-8 pounds for females. This type of breed is typically 8-10 inches tall. They may be hypoallergenic, but the length of the fur on the individual ShiChi can affect that. ShiChis generally shed less than Chihuahuas. ShiChis have many different color coats and can have different lengths of fur.

Behaviour and Personality
The ShiChis are energetic and playful small dogs, and tend to be very affectionate. These dogs are extremely social and outgoing. They get along very well with children and with other household pets, which make them an easy addition to any household. ShiChis usually have floppy ears and large, round eyes. They are easy to train, and are typically very quick learners which is good for a family environment.
