Coming from two hardy dogs, the Chorkie is a fairly low maintenance dog when it comes to health issues, but they’re always ready to play, so the dog does best in an environment that matches their active temperament. Because Chorkie’s can get jumpy, it’s a good idea to socialize puppies early with children to avoid snapping, since this breed is a snapper!
