The Boston Cattle Dog is the resulting cross from mixing the Australian Cattle Dog with the Boston Terrier. They are medium in size with a short coat that can come in a variety of colorations, commonly white in combination with black or brown.

The mix makes them good for family dogs as both parent breeds are gentle and patient with children and other pets. The Boston Cattle Dog is intelligent, but may show a stubborn streak during training and thus require a firm and strong leader.
