Basselier Build Information
The Basselier is the resulting hybrid breed from the crossing of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Basset Hound. They are medium sized and exhibit traits of both parent species. They usually have the hound colors, typically tricolors with black or brown over white and tan markings, Blenheim, or solid ruby. Coats vary between short and smooth or medium to long.

Behaviour and Personality
These dogs tend to have very sweet and affectionate personalities, making them excellent companions, and are patient around children. Exercise is recommended to keep off excess wait, though jumping activities should be avoided because their legs are sensitive to injuries.
