Behaviour and Personality
Golden Pyrenees have affectionate and playful personalities that can make them great additions to families. Generally they get along with children and can make good playmates, but they should be socialized early to get along with other pets. As intelligent dogs, but training may be difficult as they have an independent streak that requires the handling of a firm owner that can establish themselves as the pack leader. Long daily walks as well as play sessions are necessary for Golden Pyrenees.
